1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MAU Earning App (owned and managed by Kantrix Softwares), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall and stop using the app.

2. Strict Policy: 1 User = 1 Account

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

MAU Earning App strictly enforces a 1 User = 1 Account rule. Creating multiple accounts on a single device, using multiple devices for one user, or sharing payment details across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and considered fraud.

Our platform is protected by a strict AI Anti-Fraud Detection System that operates with 99.9% accuracy. If the AI detects any suspicious activity, multiple accounts, or cheating, the following actions will be taken immediately:

Permanent Ban: ALL accounts associated with the user/device will be permanently banned without prior warning.
No Payouts: Any pending payouts, rewards, or coins on the banned accounts will be immediately cancelled and permanently forfeited.
Unban Penalty (Zero Reset): In the extremely rare event that an account is unbanned after an appeal and manual review by our team, ALL previous earnings (coins) will be reset to 0 (Zero). You will have to start your earning journey over from scratch.

Note: While our AI detection is 99.9% accurate, we understand that rare false flags can happen. If you believe your account was banned by mistake, you can connect with us via our official contact channels to request a manual review.

3. Prohibited Activities

To ensure a fair environment for all our genuine users who work hard for their pocket money, any attempt to cheat the system will result in an immediate permanent ban. You must NOT:

Use VPNs, proxies, or Tor networks to change your IP address or location.
Use Emulators (e.g., Bluestacks, Nox) or virtual devices to run the app.
Use Auto-clickers, scripts, bots, or any automated software to complete tasks or watch videos.
Create fake referrals, self-refer, or incentivize strangers through misleading ads to use your referral code.

4. Earnings & Payouts

MAU Earning App provides genuine opportunities to earn small pocket money (approx ₹200-₹300 per month). We do not guarantee unrealistic earnings. Please note that your earning potential directly depends on your User Level in the app. Tasks are assigned based on your current level, and higher levels unlock better earning opportunities.

All payout requests are subject to a strict manual and automated security review before processing.
Verified and legitimate payouts are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours.
Kantrix Softwares reserves the absolute right to reject any payout request and withhold funds if fraudulent, suspicious, or irregular activity is detected.

5. Digital Products & Coins

Coins earned in the app can be redeemed for cash payouts or used to purchase digital products (such as eBooks) available within our platform to help you grow your wealth. Any digital products purchased via coins are final. Refunds are not provided for digital product purchases.

6. Rule Violations & Defamation

We maintain full authorization to permanently ban and remove any user from the platform if they fail to follow any of our terms, rules, or guidelines. In such cases, all pending payouts and coins will be forfeited, and we are not obligated to pay them.

Additionally, if we find any user scamming, manipulating the system, or actively spreading false information/defamation about the MAU Earning App online, Kantrix Softwares reserves the absolute right to take strict legal and platform actions against them.

7. Modifications to Terms

Kantrix Softwares reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app after any changes are made constitutes your full acceptance of the new terms.
